2010 Dues FINAL REMINDER: We have emailed the FINAL reminder invoices for dues payments in June. Any unpaid members will be dropped as of July 1, 2010 and removed from the website directory. If you did not receive the email or are unsure about your status, please let us know. If you are choosing not to renew this year, please let us know this as well.
Midwest/Chicago Chapter A testimonial from a satisfied meeting attendee	"I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you what a pleasure it was to meet you [at the Midwest    Chapter dinner meeting] last night, and how much I enjoyed the event. San Diego Chapter Handouts Available	Handouts from Michael Jones' presentation on "What Not to do in your Next Video Deposition" are  available in hard copy format: State and Federal codes relative to video depositions, with  highlighted relevant areas.  Experts should examine the additional rules cited within the body of the code for a comprehensive  understanding relative to the context of the rules contained therein.   Michael knows all to well how easily an experts’ credibility can be compromised. He will expose  some of the controversial and subversive tactics employed by Opposing Counsel to compromise  the expert’s credibility, demeanor and appearance during the proceedings. He will tell you  about the significance of attire, the same fatal mistakes experts make over and over and how to  identify and neutralize bias.

Phoenix Chapter	The FEWA booth at the Arizona State Bar Convention has produced positive results. In addition to  distributing nearly 100 directories into the hands of attorneys, the FEWA office has already  received interest from several new members!  Congratulations Phoenix Chapter for your hard work!
