Join other experts and attorneys to hear Barry Willits, Esq. present his perspective on the development and delivery of Expert Reports. He will discuss the “do’s and don’ts” to help testifying experts prepare reports and presentations for use in litigation. The program will provide actual real-world examples of reports and illustrative exhibits that were especially effective, as well as some that were not effective. There will also be tips on the best practices when consultants communicate with their clients and their client’s attorney.

Barry Willits, Esq.

Barry Willits is a Member of Holden Willits PLC in Phoenix, Arizona and has over 20 years of experience handling all manner of construction and commercial disputes, as well as providing advice and counsel on construction and commercial matters. He was voted Construction Lawyer of the Year in Phoenix for 2016 by U.S. News – Best Lawyers of America™ and has been listed since 2012 by U.S. News – Best Lawyers of America™ as one of the top Construction Litigation Attorneys in Phoenix. He regularly represents general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, architects, design professionals, lenders, insurers, and owners in all facets of construction law, from drafting contracts through trials and appeals.

Mr. Willits is Past President of the State Bar of Arizona’s Construction Law Section and is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry and the Fidelity and Surety Committee. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University.
