Chapter Event: Northern California

This talk is meant to be an overview of the latest and most technological advanced tools for use in litigation. We will discuss high-end cameras, laser scanning, drones, and other photogrammetry techniques. We will also cover the applications of these tools, what we are able to create with them, and how you get them admitted into evidence. 


Our presenters will discuss and share insights on:  

  • Updates in any authority, case law 
  • The latest and greatest: a glance into new technologies and their capabilities, including hardware and software
    • Results from inspections, forensic evidence collection, data retrieval, including: how this is processed, turned into demonstratives/graphics, and final exhibits 
  • Laying the foundation as an expert

David Filippini
As Creative Director, provides artistic leadership, vision and guidance, while also advocating efficiency and productivity. With 16 years of professional expertise within Architecture, Industrial Design, Environmental Graphic Design, and Litigation Graphics & Strategy - uniquely equipped to analyze/visualize the built environment, an essential quality to ensure proper representation of convincing litigation graphics and presentations. 

Advocating efficiency and productivity, while also influencing and informing technology's future role within law, David Filippini continues to lead diverse teams within Design and Litigation.

Audrey Murray
Audrey Murray is Marketing Director and a litigation consultant at Cogent Legal. She has 17 plus years’ experience as a paralegal, predominantly in personal injury and landlord/tenant law. She works directly with lawyers and their staff consulting on graphics, exhibits, and strategy. Her goal is to help bring concepts to life visually.
