Prior to cofounding Weisberg & Miller, William Weisberg worked as a senior associate attorney at a major insurance defense law firm in San Francisco. Mr. Weisberg was responsible for numerous complex litigation cases in the area of construction law, personal injury and business litigation, including insurance coverage issues and employer/employee relations. Mr. Weisberg maintains a strong reputation among his clients and adversaries as an aggressive litigator who offers cost-effective and creative resolutions to many complex legal problems. Mr. Weisberg’s approach to law enables him to “cut through” the often-times lengthy and costly mechanics of traditional litigation while at the same time providing his clients with the highest quality of legal representation, and obtaining outstanding results. Mr. Weisberg’s litigation experience includes winning verdicts and judgements for property owners, insurance companies and individuals who have been sued for a variety of tort and injury claims. Mr. Weisberg frequently lectures to attorneys, judges and private groups in the area of Landlord / Tenant law. Mr. Weisberg also offers private alternative dispute resolution services. As a mediator he has presided over, and successfully resolved, many complex and contentious cases. Mr. Weisberg also serves as Arbitrator for the San Francisco Superior Court
Craig S. Miller is a co-founding partner of Weisberg & Miller. Mr. Miller received his B.A. from St. John’s University in Minnesota and his law degree from The National Law Center, George Washington University in Washington D.C. Prior to coming to San Francisco, Mr. Miller enjoyed a clerkship with the Justice Department, United States Attorney’s Office in Washington D.C. Upon his arrival to San Francisco, Mr. Miller began working with one of the Bay Area’s top ten largest law firms. He has since helped carve out an extremely successful practice for Weisberg & Miller. During Mr. Miller’s tenure as an attorney, he has handled hundreds of complex litigation and multi-party matters. He enjoys a vast business clientele who have called upon his services in dealing with all aspects of commercial litigation. Mr. Miller believes that early evaluation with consultants and or experts is invaluable for the successful litigation of his cases. In this regard, Mr. Miller has built up a very good relationship with many of the top experts in northern California. Mr. Miller’s background has further helped him to provide valuable services to his clients in the areas of business dispute resolution, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, premises liability and personal injury matters. Mr. Miller’s renowned aggressiveness and keen attention to detail enables him to consistently achieve excellent results for his clients. Additionally, Mr. Miller’s professional experience with insurance companies, in providing valuable pre-litigation advice and representation to insureds, has earned him a reputation of professional loyalty from his clientele.
