Understanding Objections to Experts’ Testimony and How to Avoid Them

Chapter Event: Arizona

Join other experts and attorneys to discuss Understanding Objections to Experts’ Testimony and How to Avoid Them. Craig Cherney, Attorney and Expert Witness, will present his perspective on preparing and delivering effective testimony on the witness stand at deposition and trial, including how Rules of Evidence 702 to 705 affect Experts’ Opinions.   Attendees are encouraged to bring a story or two about their testimony to share. Learn from other’s mistakes and utilize effective strategies to prepare and deliver effective testimony. We’ll also discuss the most valuable take-aways we had in 2019, so be ready to share an idea or two.

To celebrate the Holidays, we will have a drawing for a number of prizes. If you would like to donate a prize, please contact Brad at btaft@taftvocationalexperts.com.
