Experts in Wonderland: How to Avoid the Rabbit Hole

Join your fellow experts at the Northern California Chapter Meeting!

The expert witness business can be a wonderland. There are lots of interesting, out-of-the-ordinary projects. Challenging. Rewarding. Satisfying. Lucrative.

However, this wonderland is filled with rabbit holes. Tricks are used to throw the expert off their game, attack their credibility, take them off their topic, outside their scope, and make them look and feel incompetent. Attendees leaving this meeting will have the tools and awareness to avoid the rabbit holes that can arise in their reports and other work products, in depositions, declarations, and other areas of testimony such as trials, arbitrations, and mediations. All are invited to come and join us at one of our new East Bay locations: the private banquet room at the Buttercup at Jack London Square.

We hope to see you there!
