Mediation and the New Online Role of the Expert Witness

  • By the end of the webinar, will be able to work with attorneys in preparing mediation negotiation strategies and what roles (and how) an expert witness can play in participating in a successful mediation 
  • Participants will understand the basic mediation structure and how it has evolved with the onine platform. Expert witnesses need to know how to assist, how to not assist, and productive information to participate properly.
