Expert Malpractice: Lack of Discovery and Insufficient Support

Join your fellow experts at the Greater Los Angeles Chapter Lunch Meeting!

Expert Witnesses must testify on issues that are beyond common knowledge in order to be essential to legal proceedings that involve professional, technical, medical or scientific subject matter.

Regardless of the experience of the expert, it is most important for Forensic Experts to recognize and avoid the various traps that may lead to expert malpractice. This essential topic will help experts stay out of trouble, manage your relationship with retaining counsel, avoid ethics and liability concerns, better understand the importance of proper discovery, and discern the responsibilities of the attorney and the responsibilities of the expert.

Come meet and network with our law partners, experts and professionals. Be prepared to introduce yourself with your best elevator pitch.
