William Henley, Esq.

Mr. Henley is the head of the firm Hahn & Hahn LLP's litigation and labor practice groups. He represents a wide variety of employers and corporations in all varieties of litigated matters. He also has extensive experience in trust and estates and business litigation. 

Mr. Henley earned his B.A., Economics from Stanford University and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. 

Mr. Henley is a member of the Pasadena Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association. He is the past director and general counsel of Boy Scouts of America, San Gabriel Valley Council, a past trustee of the Children's Center at Caltech, a past member of the board of directors for The Scripps Home, the past president of the board of trustees for the Five Acres Boys' and Girls' Society of Altadena, CA, and the past secretary of Big Santa Anita Canyon Historical Society.

D. Jason Lyon, Esq. 

Mr. Lyon is a member of the firm Hahn & Hahn LLP's litigation practice group. His practice focuses on commercial, trust, and employment litigation.

Mr. Lyon earned his BA in film and television from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law (Law Review, Michael T. Masin Scholar, Order of the Coif). He is the recipient of the prestigious Federal Bar Association Judge Barry Russell Award. Mr. Lyon’s article, Revolution in Progress: Third-Party Funding of American Litigation, was published in 2010 and remains a frequently cited source on the growing litigation finance industry.

Mr. Lyon is a member of the Pasadena Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the state, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Northern and Central district courts. He presently serves as the president of the Board of Directors of Young & Healthy, a nonprofit which provides access to high quality health care at no cost to uninsured and underserved children in the Pasadena area. He also serves as a member of the City of Pasadena’s Historic Preservation Commission.

Michelle Lee, Esq. 

Ms. Lee is an associate attorney at Hahn & Hahn LLP. Ms. Lee is part of the firm's general practice group, and works closely with the business, litigation, and trust & estates practice groups.
