Dale Tarzia, J.D., Principal with Deloitte and Touche LLP, will draw upon his extensive experience as both a trial attorney and an expert witness as he shares his perspective in managing the expert witness/attorney relationship. Dale Tarzia, J.D.

Dale Tarzia has served as both a trial attorney and an expert witness throughout his career litigating matters relating to intellectual property and other disputes. He has served as an expert witness in over 25 cases concerning intellectual property, purchase price disputes, and other civil damages lawsuits. His clients have included Fortune 100 media, high-technology, and life science companies. Mr. Tarzia is currently Principal with Deloitte and Touche LLP. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration and finance from Baruch College and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
