Laurel Mintz, JD, MA

Laurel Mintz works with prestigious global brands including Zendesk, PAW Patrol, Public House Restaurant Group, Bassett, iCoffee and Susan G. Komen. She founded Elevate My Brand, a digital marketing and live events agency, in 2009, sits on the board of directors for the American Heart Association, NAWBO-LA and the Fender Music Foundation. In addition, she is a mentor for The Women’s Global Leaders Initiative and Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship. Laurel received LA Business Journal’s 2016 Women In Business Award, Comerica Bank & LA Lakers 2015 Women of Promise Award, and was nominated for Ernst and Young’s 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She also runs an exclusive networking group, “The Taste Salon.” In addition, Laurel hosts a weekly show through Business Rockstars interviewing top female CEOs, which reaches 36 million listeners nationwide and was recently picked up by KDOC. Her published work can be found in Entrepreneur, USA Today, The American Marketing Association and C-Suite Quarterly Magazine, as well as a regular column appropriately entitled “On Brand” for Inc. Laurel received her B.A. from UCSB and JD, MBA from Rutgers University. 

Yolanda J. Gorman, Ph.D., MBA

Dr. Yolanda J. Gorman is currently the Senior Advisor to the Chancellor of the University of California, Los Angeles. In her role, Dr. Gorman works closely with and on behalf of the Chancellor and his senior leadership team, providing broad support across a range of complex activities.  She is President Emerita of Phillips Graduate University, where she guided Phillips through an organizational turnaround that resulted in removal of an accreditation sanction and reaffirmation of accreditation status. Prior to assuming the role of President, Dr. Gorman served as Dean of Academic Affairs, and Chair of the Organizational Management and Consulting doctoral program.

Dr. Gorman has over 25 years as a successful organizational consultant specializing in nonprofit management. She has assisted nonprofit organizations with infrastructure and resource development, and has consulted on and provided program and strategic planning, research and evaluation, board training and organizational development services.

Through her work with nonprofit organizations, Dr. Gorman successfully secured over $100 million from state, federal and private sources to help her clients design and deliver programs that responded to critical human needs. She conducts seminars and training sessions for boards of directors of local and national organizations, foundations and academic institutions. Dr. Gorman has worked with local and national private foundations to provide technical assistance to the organizations they support.

Dr. Gorman is a three time graduate from UCLA with a BA in Psychology, an MBA from the Anderson School, and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. An active volunteer with multiple community, civic and cultural organizations, Dr. Gorman recently completed her second term an Alumni Regent of the University of California.  She is the only Alumni Regent to serve twice. Dr. Gorman is currently the chair of the board of CalNonprofits Insurance Services, a for-profit insurance solution for nonprofit organizations in California. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of Woodbury University. In 2013, Dr. Gorman was appointed by California Governor Brown to serve on the board of the Baldwin Hills Conservancy, and is currently the chair of the board.  She is the author several articles and papers on organizational capacity building, strategic planning and business management. 

Larry Steven Londre, MBA

Larry Steven Londre is a full time Marketing Executive: Senior Consultant/Senior Lecturer/Senior Expert Witness.

He created Londre Marketing Consultants in 1997 (; Created Nine P’s of Marketing in 1993 ( He provides marketing campaign strategy, advertising, promotional campaigns, new business development, rollouts, expert witnessing, market penetration, Internet and web marketing, website development

, and effectively identifies marketing opportunities for local, national and international business organizations.

While working full-time in marketing and advertising, Mr. Londre has taught up to three nights a week since 1975 in the MBA program at USC Marshall, CSUN, LMU, including MBAM 659 and 660 at Pepperdine: Business Strategies Development, Execution & Implementation  (Final, capstone classes in the MBA program at Pepperdine).

Mr. Londre has held Senior Marketing Positions with DIRECTV, GE Capital, Vons Grocery, The Music Center of Los Angeles/Performing Arts Center of Los Angeles; Disney and his clients at Londre Marketing Consultants. His Expert Witness cases involve marketing; consumer protection, advertising; breach of contract; business practices; business and professions code compliance and violations, including unfair competition, unlawful, or unfair, or fraudulent business activities; contracts, sponsorships; false advertising; violations of Lanham Act; unjust enrichment; trademarks at issue; comparative advertising/promotion; licensing; packaging; trade libel, rescission, contracts and media. 

He is an Executive board member with the Advertising Club of Los Angeles; thinkLA; Ad Relief and Advertising Industry Emergency Fund.


Diana D. Price, MA

President Greater Los Angeles Forensic Expert Witness Association 

Diana Price's Forensic Travel Expert practice is focused on the Tourism and Travel Industry across the globe. Ms. Price servedas a senior leader of a large corporation and led 14 international retail travel agencies. Ms. Price has over 20 years' experience as a corporate leader and an entrepreneur in industries including business operations, marketing, travel and insurance. She's experienced in leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive organization.

Her specialized knowledge is complex travel-related disputes, wrongful death, customs and practices and standard of care, from front line travel agency sales, service, travel marketing and investigations, to working with and helping corporate legal teams to prepare cases for trial and testimony.

Ms. Price serves as an expert witness, investigator, and expert consultant in cases involving international and domestic Tourism and Travel. She works with both plaintiff and defendants throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Diana Price is a Keynote Speaker, Forensic Travel Expert, Entrepreneur, Author, Thought Leader, Accomplished Radio Show Host and Broadcast Media Expert.

Ms. Price has a Masters Degree from USC, Annenberg School of Communications, Communications Management and a BA degree in International Marketing from California State University Los Angeles.
