Tips, Trends & Insights Learned at the FEWA Annual Conference

Join other experts and attorneys to discuss the highlights of the presentations at April’s FEWA Annual Conference. Brad Taft, AZ Chapter President, will be joined by other FEWA members who attended the conference to discuss the most valuable take-aways they gained from judges, attorneys, and other experts at the two-day event. Topics include:

  • How to get hired and re-hired by attorneys
  • How judges and juries view expert witnesses
  • Preparing for testifying at trial and depositions
  • Keeping data more secure

Consultant, Author, and Public Speaker, Brad Taft is Managing Director of Taft Vocational Experts LLC in Scottsdale, AZ which provides expert witness services in employment-related lawsuits. He has provided expert reports and/or testimony in over 100 cases involving wrongful termination, divorce, wrongful death, workers compensation, and immigration.

Brad is also the Chief Career Strategist of Taft Career Group, a career management consulting firm that supports individuals in planning and implementing effective job search campaigns. He has over 35 years of experience in the recruiting, outplacement and career transition fields. Brad serves on the Board of Directors of the Forensic Expert Witness Association and is President of its Arizona Chapter. He holds certifications in the human resources, career consulting, and forensics fields: Career Management Fellow (CMF), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Senior Certified Professional – Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), and Certified Forensic Litigation Consultant (CFLC).
