Nicole M. Goodwin

Nicole Maroulakos Goodwin is the Managing Shareholder of the Phoenix Office and Chair of the Phoenix Litigation practice of Greenberg Traurig. Nicole is a problem solver whose practice emphasizes corporate governance disputes, financial services litigation, real estate litigation, antitrust counseling and litigation, health care litigation, and fiduciary litigation. She has represented public and private corporate clients in state and federal trial and appeals courts, as well as before administrative tribunals and arbitration venues. Nicole is a counselor and advisor on exposure and litigation alternatives for clients that range from Arizona-based businesses to large national clients.

Nicole has first chair experience litigating fiduciary duty claims involving directors, officers and shareholders of corporations, and members of limited liability companies. She has represented clients in matters resulting in obtaining preliminary and final injunctive relief.

In addition, Nicole has advised clients concerning antitrust issues raised by private plaintiffs, the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general.
