Edmond Provder is a new member of FEWA’s Florida Chapter. He is a Vocational Expert and Certified Life Care Planner providing nationwide expert services to Defendants and Plaintiffs. He is the founder and president of Occupational Assessment Services, Inc., a published author of multiple articles, and is regarded as an expert in determining Employability and Earning Capacity, as well as long term medical needs and costs. He is a certified rehabilitation counselor, Diplomate of the American Board of Vocational Experts and Certified Life Care Planner who has provided services for the severely disabled since 1973.
In his 46 years serving as an expert, Mr. Provder has been involved in some of the largest cases in the United States, including Verni vs. Armack which received a $135 million dollar verdict, Escobar vs. The State of New Jersey, which received a $166 million dollar verdict, and the Linda Gross case, which was the first pelvic mesh case tried. Mr. Provder served as a Vocational Expert for the Social Security Administration for nearly a decade by providing impartial vocational testimonies in over 2,500 Social Security Disability Hearings, and has provided expert witness testimonies in hundreds of cases in federal and state courts throughout the country.
