Chris Bankler Chris Bankler is a partner in Jackson Walker's litigation section, focused on the resolution of disputes for businesses and financial institutions. His practice consists of counseling clients through the process of
complex business litigation, including general business disputes, fraud claims, breach of fiduciary duty cases, and breach of contract claims. An experienced litigator, Chris has served as litigation counsel in more than 100 cases in state and federal
courts, as well as FINRA and AAA arbitrations.


EJ Janik, CPA, CFE, CFF, CFLC Mr. Janik, the Principal and Practice Director of Ryan FFR has 34+ years of full-time forensic accounting experience. Has participated in over 58 Trial/Hearing testimonies in 8 states and over 88
total expert testimony matters. He has also handled over 750 business dispute and consulting matters and 150 Financial Audits (Public Accounting - 7 years). Mr. Janik, has over 11 years of engineering & construction matters experience.


Terry C. Taylor, P.E Mr. Taylor holds a Principal Emeritus position with Haag Engineering Co., a division of Haag Global, Inc. Haag Engineering Co. is the oldest failure and damage analysis (forensic) engineering company in
the United States. He also serves as the Branch Manager of the Austin, Texas, Office. Mr. Taylor has been employed over 37 years with Haag as a civil/structural forensic engineer.
Mr. Taylor earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a M.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in 15 states and Puerto Rico, and he is
a Certified XL Tribometrist and Certified Thermographer, Level I.
Mr. Taylor has testified as an expert witness in over 200 depositions and trials. Mr. Taylor is a Past Chair of the ASCE Texas Section Forensics Committee, and he is a Past President of the FEWA Dallas Chapter.
Rudy R. Robinson III, MAI Rudy Robinson III, MAI has been involved in hundreds of eminent domain actions including as well as toxic tort lawsuits involving diminution in value to real property over his 49-year career
in appraising. Mr. Robinson has testified on behalf in numerous jurisdictions throughout the State of Texas and the US. Mr. Robinson became a real estate broker in the early 1970s, he obtained his SRPA in 1978 and MAI designation in
1980.
Mr. Robinson is a past president of the Dallas Chapter of the Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA) as well as a past FEWA national board member.
