Attendees will leave this meeting with a better understanding of the most effective Expert Marketing Strategies used by Mr. Meinert and his colleagues. He will cover the specific information that attorneys are looking for when selecting both Consulting and Testifying Experts.
Mr. Meinert will cover the key items to include, and those to exclude in both verbal and written reports. This meeting should increase attendees abilities in getting hired, and increase the value of experts of all calibers, and their work products.

Michael Meinert, Esq. Michael Meinert is an experienced litigator and transactional attorney,
focusing upon construction and small business law. However, his close
relationships with his clients and colleagues brings him into a myriad of
general practice areas. Most of his clients are business owners, and his
versatile general practice law office allows him to serve and counsel
them in a well-rounded manner. Mr. Meinert prides himself on taking a
common-sense and practical approach to any situation or anticipated
issue that may arise. Prior to opening his own solo-practice, he was an
associate at two major firms in the California Bay Area. Born and raised
in Iowa, Mr. Meinert has traveled the world extensively, worked all over
the globe, and is proud to be an eight-year Decorated Veteran of the
United States Air Force. He believes in serving whatever community he
finds himself in, and has volunteered at orphanages, schools, churches,
kid's camps, elderly care facilities and service organizations of many
types all over the world.
