Ms. Maccoy has assisted the legal profession in litigation and other legal matters related to the cosmetology and beauty salon and spa Industry for over 35 years. Her forensic investigative work and expert opinions were instrumental in obtaining Dismissals with Prejudice in two actions, one Civil and one Federal, in 2011. Her opinions have been accepted in 34 states.

 

Joseph Quilici

Testifying Expert |Construction and Engineering Expert Witness

Mr. Joseph (Joe) A. Quilici provides litigation support, document review, reports and testimony regarding construction defects, moisture intrusion, grading and drainage issues, retaining walls and water features, standard of care for civil and structural engineers, and building codes.
