Professional Biography Mr. Rosen has over thirty five years of industrial, academic and forensic expert witness experience in the Specialty Chemical and Allied industries. He is an internationally recognized expert in the technical marketing of specialty chemicals as well as their formulations and applications. Meyer also serves as a forenensicn expert witness and consultant for attorneys and insurance companies in the field of technical product liability issues related to: fires, explosions, Chemical Burns, toxic exposures and chemical/chemical engineering related matters.
Rosen is Editor-in-Chief of Harry’s Cosmeticology, 9th Edition (2,600 pages) (www.harryscosmeticology.com); Editor-in-Chief of North and Latin America for EuroCosmetics Magazine; Editor of the 1,100 page Delivery System Handbook for Personal Care and Cosmetic Products, Editor for Elsevier’s Personal Care and Cosmetic Technology Series (7 books), and co-author of the Rheology Modifiers Handbook. He is Chief Scientific Advisor and Director of Technical Programming, Emeritus, for HBA Global Expo.
Mr. Rosen is inventor of 22 U.S. patents, and has written over 40 peer review articles for technical publications. He has served as Vice President of the Association of Consulting Chemists and Chemical Engineers and as Director of the American Institute of Chemists. Meyer is a member of several ASTM standards-making committees and serves as a referee for peer reviewed technical journals.
